Community Management is not a new concept. The new concept about what we do is combining marketing and business development together, and using community management as the fundamental and strategic approach, or as we like to call it “state of mind” for the process.
The result is a strategy and an actual work plan that will completely change the way you see your own business and where it can go. It will define your unique voice, refine your messaging and story and at the same time broaden your reach.
- We listen – when we say we listen, we mean it! We listen to understand you, we listen to learn from you. You are the real expert on your own business and in order to help you, we need to first become experts in it too.
- We participate – “Your success is our success” isn’t just a cliché for us. It’s our daily reality. If we do not understand you, if we do not work with you as full partners, neither of us will succeed.
- We share – We are not afraid to advise and exchange knowledge. Everything we learned and applied over the years, all our past successes and also failures, are all there for you to enjoy and build on. We will not hold back on knowledge, connections, networks and opportunities (often beyond the scope of our consultancy agreement). We’ll do everything to deliver real value to you.
What we don’t do
- We don’t lie – We don’t take on projects in fields we’re not knowledgeable or feel comfortable in. We’d rather turn down a prospect and refer you to one of our colleagues than cause damage to your business.
- We don’t overcharge – While we’re running a business and we still need to pay our bills, we’ll always charge for actual services rendered, and not a penny more. We believe in transparency and honesty.
